Rental Return Policy

Return of Equipment. Upon termination of this Agreement, Renter, at is sole cost

and expense, shall promptly deliver the Equipment to Uplift at Uplift’s address set forth below.

Renter shall be liable to the Uplift for the fair market value of the Equipment, determined as of the

date of this Agreement, unless Renter shall return the Equipment to the Uplift within five (5)

business days after termination of this Agreement, in good working order, reasonable wear and

tear excepted. Renter shall be responsible for any damage to the Equipment in shipping the

Equipment back to Uplift. In the event Uplift provides shipping instructions to Renter, Renter shall

comply with such shipping instructions. In the event repairs are required to restore the Equipment

to the condition it was in prior to the commencement of this rental term, Renter shall be solely

responsible for the costs of repair, which shall be billed at $150 per hour.
